Belinda draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She also incorporates psychoeducation and helpful resources to enhance awareness and build effective coping strategies.
