Tenille Drummond-Clark is an expertly skilled and highly regarded therapist with extensive experience in delivering evidence-based counselling services to both adults and adolescents. She has an unwavering passion for helping people navigate life's challenges, and guiding clients towards achieving their optimal psychological and emotional well-being. Tenille also holds full membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

Tenille works collaboratively with clients to uncover underlying issues, develop coping strategies, and facilitate personal growth, empowering them to achieve lasting positive change. Tenille believes that through self-reflection and a willingness to step outside of one’s comfort zone, clients can learn skills and strategies that will allow them to reframe life’s challenges. This helps clients to view setbacks as opportunities for growth where they can begin to utilise these as valuable lessons rather than insurmountable obstacles. She believes that when clients are provided with the space and opportunity to embrace themselves with compassion and resilience, and to discover new aspects of their identity, that they will unlock their full potential for living a purposeful and deeply fulfilling life.

Tenille’s approach is integrative, drawing from multiple evidence-based frameworks, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness-based practices. With these frameworks, along with the experience gained over her career, this allows Tenille to tailor each session to meet her clients’ needs and goals.
